It's autumn! Simple as that! Stormy rain, grey and all in all the perfect weather to drink tea and cuddle up with the cats and a book. Nothing bad about this, but I'd rather do this on the balcony than wrapped in blankets on the sofa.
Whoever said it always rains in England has never been to the Netherlands.
